✔ Problem with loading times in Article Citator & Document Library

Hi Morgan,

As you see in the video, it takes a long time to open the article citator on the rebuild live site, and when I choose a specific Arbitration Rule or Treaty and want to go back to the main page, it takes a long time to load the main page.

Also, when I am in the Dispute Documents library, and I want to go to the Treaties and Rules page, it takes a long time to load it.

It's improved a lot. It now takes me about 20 seconds to be directed to the Article Citator page.

I'll keep this to-do open in case Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan  have any comments on the loading time, and if it should still improve.

This issue is resolved on rebuild.islg. The page is redirecting within 2 to 4 second.
