✔ Problem with moving topics within tag directory

Further to the video below, the current function for moving topics within the tag directory is limited to inserting the topic under a parent topic, which then inserts the topic alphabetically as a child to the parent. This eliminates the ability to determine the order of child topics within a parent. There are two possible solutions:
- Create a move function similar to the old ISLG application where the user can selected whether they want to insert the topic above, after or a level below (i.e., as a child) to another topic.
- Implement the reorder function that is available in the new ISLG application.
The second solution would be ideal, but let's implement whatever solution can be done most quickly. Note that I believe the reorder function was originally developed for the P3 Prototype, but for some reason we eliminated this from the updated version available in ILG.
Can you please comment on the feasibility and estimate for implementing the reorder function from ISLG into the tag directory for ILG?

Speaking with Jitesh and Hiren this morning, it will be much more efficient to implement the manual move option as in the old ISLG application described above than applying the reorder function.

It's a good point as I was able to find the original story for drag and drop functionality within the tag directory.

This functionality was neither explicitly included or excluded from the revised manage tag directory feature, so it appears to have been lost in translation.
I have written the requirements for reintroducing this functionality but will reserve it for a later stage. In the interim I will modify the the move branch requirements to allow for more granular placement of a branch.

I copied this to-do to ISLG to ensure it can be tracked separately in ISLG. Do we still need user stories to reflect the updated requirements for moving/coping branches in ISLG?
