✔ Problem with Proceeding Details field sets with no data

Further to the video below, there is some inconsistency in the way we're displaying fields sets when there is no data entered into any of the fields within the field set. We are suppressing field sets that have no data within the second level field sets, but we're not suppressing parent field sets.
My suggestion is that we do one of the following when there is no data within a parent field set:- Suppress the parent field set; or
- Display the following message underneath the parent field set: "There are no [parent field label] details available for this dispute"

I have written criteria for this here: https://industrialagency.tpondemand.com/entity/21472-islg-team-feedback-add-message-to. I think the second option is a more consistent way of displaying legal analytics information, and hopefully easier from a development perspective to implement.
