Further to the video below and some reoccurring issues we've been having with the PDF to HTML converter, I discovered a problem where a document appears accurately converted when you view it in Edit state, but after the edits are saved, the special characters are all converted into questions marks (?). Could we please resolved this problem in ISLG so that we can continue our testing of the converter with the application.
