The search works fine but the People UIN - LY/0000/1234 has very long name with all details. After that first record, you can see second record in following attached screen shot.

The First record also matched with Sheppard word hence it was appear first and second one which you want in list.

Could you confirm what fields this search is searching, because the name for LY/0000/1234 is "Lawyer Unknown", so I wouldn't have expected "shepp" to produce a hit in the auto-suggest?
