Each Subject Navigator entry contains a link to Dispute Document HTML. It is not working on the new live site.

Hi Harsh and Paul ,

I believe this issue is related to the the one I reported here: Problem with loading Full Case & Analysis - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild. Also, if you're in the Document view and you select "Subject Navigator" a similar loading issue occurs:

This issue is resolved on rebuild.islg and staging.islg. 

Hi Harsh :

It still takes 10-15 seconds to open up the HTML as the video shows.

This issue is resolved on app.islg and staging.islg.

The problem is not resolved on app.islg as shown below. It still took me 28 seconds to load the HTML.

Also, once I get to the HTML, there are three issues:
1. Article Citator took about 75 seconds to load
2. Publication Citator took about 8 seconds to load
2. Jurisprudence Citator initially didn't load the results (see video 1:19-1:30); it only worked after I checked Publication Citator and Terms & Phrases (1:54).

Hi Harsh ,

I think Paul 's results above were probably associated with the issues we have been having with the server drives reaching capacity because of the SQL agent jobs, and I performed another round of test in the Document view that worked well across all tools excerpt the Publication Citator: http://app.investorstatelawguide.com/DocumentView?rt=ysxz6YChSzE%3D&docid=a9zT4hz4wcI%3D&source=qJDz9tKMGZI%3D&dispute=t7GdtLfZGGs%3D:

Jurisprudence Citator still initially didn't load "View all cases cited by Krederi v. Ukraine Excerpts of Award" box as captured below (see video 1:15); it only worked after I checked Publication Citator and Terms & Phrases (not recorded in the video).

Hi Harsh ,

Following up on Paul 's comment above and further to my video below, it seems that the problem the JP Citator is associated with the timing of how the JP Citator results are getting presented. When the JP Citator is selected, the loading indicator comes up, and then when it finishes it still shows the previous results until in changes a few seconds later. This can be resolved by just ensuring the loading indicator stays up until the JP Citator results are ready for display.
