I think the issue with these documents is related to the broken tag issue here: Re: Broken Tags - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild.  Note that all three of the documents above you've flagged above are documents flagged in Harsh's report:

As a result, these documents may require adjustments to tagging data where we manually breakup the paragraph range into individual paragraphs.

Therefore, we have a data issue, not an application issue.

Hi Morgan ,

These are the issues I found during the test of the UINs in the Data Migration Tagging Error Report. My understanding was that I needed to distinguish between when paragraph references do not take me to the proper paragraph within the corresponding HTML (tags do not work generally) and other issues like this and post them in different to-dos.

Did you want me to move this to-do to "ISLG Internal Content To-dos" so we could make sure we make the required changes in the paragraph ranges down the road?

The issues above do not need to be reported in to-do's, they should be reported in the updated Data Migration Tagging Error Report that I'm waiting for you, Irit and Paul to complete. We will then use the report to resolve these issue document by document.
