Further to the video below, there is a regression issue that arose this morning where we are unable to activated trail account requests.
Could you please resolve the above as a high priority Unplanned/Critical task. Please let us know if you're unable to resolve this later this evening, because we need this resolved in order to activate trial account requests.

We tried to re-produce the issue for same user but we are not able to do this. As per below screen shot you can see the status and Expiry date is updated on app.islg and invitation mail sent to user.
Could you please run another test to confirm that the trial account activation process is working by creating and test request and then attempting to activate it. We want to ensure this resolved and doesn't cause any further issues.
