Further to the video below, there are two problems within the Tribunal and Tribunal (Resubmission) field sets:
  1. Dependent fields are not appearing when value is entered into Arbitrator (President) fields.
  2. "Appointed by" and "Appointing Authority" dependent fields are not structured according to instructions in Meta Field Map. "Appointing Authority" field is supposed to be dependent on the selection of "Appointing Authority" as the value within the "Appointed by" field.

Further to the video below, I was able to partially resolved the dependent fields issues (#2 above) with the reordering tool. However, it's an imperfect solution, because the "Appointing Authority" field still appears when you select any value in the "Appointed by" field (rather than only appearing when "Appointing Authority" is selected.
