TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild

Problems with Arbitration Rules Provision List

Assigned to
Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan M.
Notes
There may be issues with the migrated data in Arbitration Rules or with the HTML provision tags. I did not see any issue with ISLG Data Migration Map.

  • There are Provisions missing from the Provision List on the rebuild admin site:
Rule 1(3) and Rule 1(4) are missing from the Provision List

Rule 20(1)(f) and Rule 20(1)(g) are missing from the Provision List
  • Provisions are entered in the Provision list that do not appear in the HTML. For example, Rule 22(3), Rule 22(3)a, Rule 22(3)(b), Rule 22(3)(c), Rule 22(3)(d) are entered on Admin Site provision descriptions, however they are not in the HTML. I'm not sure where these provision tags came from.
  • Provision on admin site is correct however provision description is not entered correctly.
Rule 3(1)(a) is entered as "Rule 3(1)" on Admin Site provision description

Rule 23(a) and Rule 23(b) entered incorrectly on Admin Site provision description.  They are entered as "Rule 23(1)" and "Rule 23(2)" instead.

I've added Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh and Shrinivas Sambhare Shrinivas to this to-do and assigned it to Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh . Looks like provisions were missed in the migration of some Arbitration Rules (and potentially treaties as well).

Thanks,

Morgan

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan and Irit Weinfeld Irit ,

The above all issues are resolved on rebuild.islg.
Morgan Maguire, CEO
Great. Thanks Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh .

Could you confirm whether the fix was implemented within the specific documents identified by Irit Weinfeld Irit above or whether this was a systemic issue that was resolved across all documents?

I ask, because we are not checking every document in the system to confirm whether there are similar issues in with the provisions list, and we need to confirm that this will not be a problem in other documents.

Note that this should apply to all issues we're reporting concerning ISLG Migration Feedback. It's not possible for us to check all migrated data. We are taking sample documents, performing tests and reporting any issues that arise in those specific documents. Therefore, it's important that you specify whether the fix implement is will apply to the specific document/entry specific or all data across documents/entries.

Thanks,

Morgan

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan and Irit Weinfeld Irit ,

This issue is resolved across all documents. As in old data, the description was missing in some documents so will update Provision code to description field on those documents.
