✔ Problems with Article/Provision quicklinks menu within the Article Citator

Further to the video below, there are some problem with the Article/Provision quicklinks menu in the Article Citator:
  1. Options are presenting in quicklinks menu before an applicable instrument is selected. The expected behaviour would be that options applicable to a particular instrument would only display once the applicable instrument is selected.
  2. The options presented in the quicklinks menu did not appear to reflect all the options that have been used in previous Article Ctiator entries within the document.

I have logged as bug, as when I tested this I was allowed to select an article/provision from the quick links field, and select an unrelated legal instrument and save this reference, which shouldn't be happening. Regarding the quick links not populating options that have been used in previous AC entries within the document -- this is the expected behaviour. Quick links should only reflect explicit additions to the quick links fields, throughout that session.
