Further to the video below, there are two problems with trial account requests submitted through the trial account request form:
- It is creating two trial account request for one form submission.
- Data entered into the Organization and Positions fields is not populations the relevant fields within the user account form.
Please resolve this as an Unplanned/Critical task.
The Organization and Position issue is resolved on app.islg and staging.islg. The duplicate entry issue will be resolved by Monday.
