The draft version of BIT/0619 has been removed.  There is only a published version.  The Analysis list for UN/0332/03 no longer shows duplicate provision entries.

However, the Analysis list spreadsheet that was downloaded still shows duplicate provisions.

I checked this task and found that this is not issue. It is actually requirement bug. When we create treaty/arbitration draft that time the issue will occur.

We will discuss in next sprint planning meeting.

As we discussed in call and finalized that, We will show only published Treaty & Arbitration document in Analysis List & Tagging Screen (while admin user select UIN).

But, Today we found one scenariao that we already provided to add new arbitartion/treaty document in tagging screeen. That time, newly added document status is not published so how will show that newly added UIN while tagging ?

After Irit and Paul further discussed this topic, it was decided that we will no longer need this new feature, i.e.: we would like to revert back to how things were prior to this Basecamp thread.

Final note:

Going forward the protocol is to only create a draft Treaty on app.islg when we need to edit. That draft needs to then be published right away. This is the easiest solution to the problem.  I am marking this to-do as complete.
