This is a similar issue to this: Provision extract not working 2 - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild for Tologix
However, the fix for this issue will be different so I am starting a new thread.
Any provisions that I manually add to the provision list on app.islg admin site will have this same issue when a user clicks on "provision extract" on the Live site. They will get a message that the document text is not available. Manually entered provisions do not pull the HTML ID tag from the HTML.
Using BIT/0619 as my example.
- I asked Harsh to add an HTML tag for (3) Protocol Ad article 5 Re: BIT/0619 add HTML ID tag on app.islg - TOLOGIX - PDF to HTML Conversion
- After the HTML ID tag was added, I manually added the Provision for (3) Protocol Ad article 5 to the Provision List. Manually entered provisions do not pull the HTML ID tag from the HTML. Re: Treaty Provision not appearing in Analysis drop down menu (BIT/0619) - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild
- On legacy, if there was an XML ID tag missing, we could add the XML ID tag to the XML. I was then able to click "download provision" and that newly added XML ID tag would be pulled to the Provision List.
