ARB/0044 is used as an example in the video. The presentation style of referenced provisions and all provisions is different on the new live site compared to the legacy live site (each page showing only 10 provisions each instead of showing everything in one click). Is this done on purpose?

This was a conscious design choice. I had the same feedback for Melissa when it was presented this way, but we chose to present it this way to ease loading issues and promote the use of the provision search:
