There are two issues with Quick Links on app.islg.
1. Quick Links are case-sensitive: in order for users to be presented with options to choose from, users always need to type in an upper case letter. When I type in hydro, nothing shows up; however, when I type in Hydro, I see what I am looking for. Could you change the setting, so users do not have to use upper case letters?
2. Quick Links require foreign language characters: when I type in Álvarez with an upper case A with a Spanish accent (acento agudo), I see the case I am looking for, but I do not get any results if I type in Alvarez in English. Could Quick Links automatically recognize both non-English characters (Álvarez) or the English-equivalent of those characters (Alvarez) as metadata, so users can still find Dispute Documents by typing in English equivalent characters?
