As we discovered last Thursday, admin users do not have an option to put up a quick notice for service outage. Could you investigate how long it would take to create a field for that?

The admin site had subscriber updates shown below. We need something similar.

Please create a DevOps item, and I'll prioritize it.

I'll create a DevOps item for this.
A few questions:
  1. Do we have a need to display multiple messages? Based on your screenshot above, it looks like Legacy offered that. 
  2. Where/when do we need to display the message? Before or after login? Do we want the option for both?

1. Ideally, I want a text field that we can add/delete any message. Yes, I would like multiple messages, but if it's complicated, I can settle for a single message.

2. Any message that I think should be displayed after login. When we will be "offline," a message to let any visitor know that we're under maintenance would be nice, but I can live without it for the time being if it's too complicated.
