✔ Receiving an error message when selecting "Create Draft" under Dispute Documents

Hi Morgan,

When I click on "create draft" under dispute document on app.islg and staging.islg, I get an error message as you see in the screen capture below:

I found the issue in the following UINs that I went through:

IC/0017/03
IC/0068/39
IC/0538/02
IC/0177/12
SC/0012/03 & 04
UN/0273/05

Could we investigate what causes this issue and resolve it?

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan and Nafiseh Arghandehpour, Legal Content Manager at ISLG Nafiseh ,

Above all UIN's document are under pending html flag in database. it means there is no html file available.

I already said that please don't try to create draft version if there is no html available otherwise it throw an error.
