When CDS returns the HTML with the Preamble tag, I will ask Harsh (DevIT) to replace the HTML on app.islg.

PS. Nafiseh  - There is a chance that the issue for manually added provisions has been resolved. We will have to wait and test.  See example: FTA/0054 - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild for Tologix

Something I wanted to bring to your attention:

Below is a screen capture of the HTML.  I added in red text, the Preamble tags so that you can see how CDS entered ID tags in the HTML.  They gave each line its own Preamble ID tag.

Is this okay?  Because CDS gave each line in the HTML for BIT/0957 its own Preamble ID tag, we only get the section that fall under Preamble1.

It could take a week.  It's hard to know for sure as with CDS or DevIT, sometimes what I think will be an easy fix takes days.

Could we ask DevIT if there was a reason for giving each line its own Preamble ID tag? If there are no technical reasons for that, we could ask them to give one Preamble ID tag.

That was CDS' protocol on legacy.  Each line got its own Preamble.  Going forward I will specify what tags we want.  I think they need this kind of guidance.  
I will ask DevIT if they can make this update to BIT/0957 or if I need to ask CDS to do it.

Good news.  This task is complete.

DevIT removed Preamble 1, 2, 3, 4 in the HTML ID tag.  So now there is only Preamble.

Now when I go to the Live Site, to Document Library-> Dispute and Dispute Documents:
