✔ "References associated with Dispute" message shows up on app.islg where there is no reference to the Dispute

When I want to delete UN/0321 from app.islg, a message pops up that ("1 references are associated with this"...)

and when I click on "View References" which directs me to "References to this Dispute", I see there is nothing under "References to this Dispute".

There is currently no dispute document under UN/0321 as I deleted UN/0321/01.

As for staging.islg, as you see in the screen capture below and as reported under another thread (Re: Incorrect UINs Listed under References to Dispute Documents on Rebuild Admin Site - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild), incorrect UIN is listed under References to the Dispute (UN/0321). There is no reference to UN/0321 dispute/dispute document(s) in IC/0013/01.

On the other hand, when I tried deleting UN/0321/01, the below error showed up ("1 references are associated with this"...), but there is no "reference" to this document anywhere in the system (unless we assume it is referring to the dispute i.e. UN/0321, not any dispute document, but I am not sure):

Could we investigate why this message shows up which does not allow us to delete the dispute?

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh ,

There are currently no references under UN/0321. However, I am not able to delete UN/0321 from app.islg. I keep receiving the below error as you see in the screen capture i.e. "1 references are associated with this. You cannot delete this entry".

Could you investigate what is preventing us from deleting the dispute? and how this issue can be resolved?

 We haven't deployed latest version on app.islg. Please check on staging.islg.
