It seems that adding an additional option to "Cut and Paste" a branch could be implemented here, from the branch's actions menu, as an additional option to "Copy to" and "Move to". This would allow admins to select where within the parent branch they would like it to fall, as opposed to relying on alphabetical order within the branch. Do you see any issues with this technically?
