Hi
,
Martin
Issue with UN/0083/48 Berkowitz Award
I CCd you in an email I received from Chris Thomas today. UN/0083/48 Berkowitz Award Analysis highlight appears in two different colours on his screen. Nafiseh and I do not have this same issue. Is there a reason Chris sees the two colours?
HTML screen capture sent from Chris.

-Berkowitz v. Costa Rica Interim Award agrees with the analysis, albeit in a NAFTA context, of the tribunal in Glamis Gold, to the effect that a violation of the customary international law minimum standard of treatment requires an act that is sufficiently egregious and shocking so as to fall below accepted international standards

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Nafiseh repeated these same steps three times. The second time produced the same results. The third time produced no issues. In other words, the highlighting looked fine.

Is this addressed for UN/0083/48 specifically, or did you manage to find all the documents experiencing the same issue throughout ISLG? If you haven't found any other file, we need to come up with a way to catch all existing documents on ISLG with this issue.
Thanks,
Paul
