I'm also copying Hiren since he is also chasing a similar overlapping issue with ILG documents.

Also, please note that this issue seems to be environment or browser-specific.
Chris (using Chrome) encountered it, but Irit (also using Chrome) did not.

The issue is resolved on my end for IC/0079/13, Railroad Development v. Guatemala Award.  As I mentioned in my message above, this issue is not consistent. Paul , could you please check this on your end and confirm that it looks good?

Technically, it is not feasible to catch all the HTMLs which having this kind of problem through automated way.
