1. Each Sub Categories should give an admin user an ability to enter a new category that does not exist yet (e.g., Industry Sector's Sub Categories currently has 8 Sub Categories, but an admin user should be able to add a new category); it should apply to all four types of expertise (i.e., Damages/Financial, Industrial Sector, Jurisdiction, Merits) and its Sub Categories.
2. We need to add two more fields: a) mandatory Expert's Organization (either link an existing organization from Organizations Master List or give an admin user the ability to add a new organization that can save multiple organizations; and b) non-mandatory Sub Category Detail (e.g., Mexican Land Law) where admin users can insert text and the list becomes a predictable choice for future use; there are no pre-loaded entries, but admin users can simply add as they go or choose from an existing entry with suggested choice. All the Sub Category Detail should be visible somewhere on the admin site as meta fields.
Expert (either from People Master List or admin user to add a new person) Expert's Organization [Mandatory] -multiple entries should be allowed Expert retained by Type of Expertise Sub Categories Sub Category Detail [Non-Mandatory] Supporting Team Members Expert's Location/Address Comments
3. For each expert, we need multi-entry possibility from Type of Expertise and down. For example, one expert may have one entry under Merits (Type of Expertise) and Treaty Interpretation (Sub Categories), followed by another entry under Jurisdiction (Type of Expertise) and EU law (Sub Categories) and ECT Taxation Exemption (Sub Category Detail). It is similar to how we can add as many legal counsel as there are under each dispute.
4. Based on #1 above, the following struck-out "Other" should be deleted from the existing choices. Admin users should be able to add any new category as required.
[Mandatory] Once "Expert acting for" is filled out, the next field appearing should be "Type of Expertise" with the following options: (a) Jurisdiction; (b) Merits; (c) Damages/Financial; (d) Industry Sector.
[Mandatory] (a) "Jurisdiction" should have the following sub-categories: (i) Domestic Law; (ii) EU Law; (iii) Public International Law; (iv) Treaty Interpretation; (v) Other [Mandatory] (b) "Merits" should have the following sub-categories: (i) Public International Law; (ii) Respondent State Law; (iii) Third State Law; (iv) Treaty Interpretation; (v) Other [Mandatory] (c) "Damages/Financial" should have the following sub-categories: (i) Forensic Analysis; (ii) Quantum; (iii) Other [Mandatory] (d) "Industry Sector" should have the following sub-categories: (i) Cyber Issues; (ii) Environment; (iii) Oil & Gas; (iv) Mining; (v) Telecommunication; (vi) Transportation; (vii) Waste Management; (viii) Other
We will make room for this item by lowering hours in another project (either Unplanned issues or the "Investigate HTML tags rendering performance issue" project if needed.

Per our discussion today, I have created DevOps item https://dev.azure.com/tologix/ISLGRebuild/_workitems/edit/2387 and put it in the current sprint.
We will make room for this item by lowering hours in another project (either Unplanned issues or the "Investigate HTML tags rendering performance issue" project if needed.
Thanks,
