I suspect that this is a display-only issue, but to be safe, we will take a look in this sprint to confirm that data is not negatively affected.

Hi Paul Moon Paul , it looks like this is more than a display issue, i.e.: there are 2 entries in the database with the same UIN. Obviously this should not happen, and we have safety checks in place to avoid this scenario. Were you the one who added "Test Dispute v. Country A"? Do you remember the steps you took to add it?

Yes, I was the one who added  "Test Dispute v. Country A" via "+Add Dispute" while drafting HTML directly. I had to delete "Test Dispute v. Country A" after I recorded a video, but please try on staging.islg.

Can you test the "+Add Dispute" feature tomorrow on Staging, and try to replicate this issue? We should not be able to add an UIN that already exists in the database.

I tried to reproduce the above issue with different cases and scenarios but I didn't get it yet. Also, discussed it with resp. developers about RCA. However, We can monitor on this for some time and if we get any clue we will let you know.

We are unable to reproduce the creation of a duplicate UIN. Could you see about recreating this on Staging, and letting us know the exact steps taken?
