✔ SN default style difference when inserting new entries through SN Master Tree v. HTML

Admin users are presented with two different default setting for new SN entries depending on how the entries are inserted. The way how SN Master Tree presents is correct (Short Title + Document Description only); and the HTML highlighting should be changed from the current default of UIN - Short Title - Document Description - Date - Language.

This also needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

This change is done on staging.islg. As per your comment above, We are displaying Branch text as per SN Master Tree in html side.

This Change we deployed only on staging.islg. Please check and confirm so will deploy this thing after complete this sprint.
