I created a SN entry under IC/0623/01 under [P > Provisional measures (including emergency decisions) > Provisional measures under the ICSID Convention, Article 47 > Cases rejecting request for provisional measures] and tried to copy to another branch [P > Provisional measures (including emergency decisions) > Provisional measures under the ICSID Convention, Article 47 > Cases ordering provisional measures].
Once the branch was copied, the admin site added 32 additional random UINs as shown in the video. It is very concerning that this pattern of inserting random UINs came back on a much larger scale (it added 3-4 max. wrong UINs before, but 32 random UINs were added this time). Can you add it to unplanned and find out what is triggering this error? Unless an admin user inserts a specific UIN, the admin site should never add random UINs.
Please take a look at this on your Thursday, as it is a concerning issue. Can you provide more details as to the cause of this issue in this thread once you have investigated it?

The issue is in Copy and Move Functionality. We missed to Check SN Flag in Query.
We resolved this issue in stored procedure and also removed the duplicates entries which you shown in video.
