I compared the PDF for UN/0028/05 to IC/0038/09 and IC/0039/10.  They look identical to me. I'm not sure why the SN entries for UN/0028/05 aren't the same as in IC/0038/09 and IC/0039/10.  And I'm not sure why SN entries for UN/0028/05 are not tagged/combined with IC/0038/09 and IC/0039/10.
