Another example of a missing SN entry. Similar to what we discussed this morning.

This was not caught in Harsh's spreadsheet Audit-SN_DeletedEntries_15022022 (from DevIT 15-Feb-2022).

Legacy has one SN entry that is missing on app.islg

Here are the results when I enter a random text from the legacy SN branch "properly served pursuant to the Hague Convention" in Subject Navigator.

The branches for "Recognition and enforcement of ICSID awards" still appears. This makes me think there's a "soft delete" that is not appearing.
As mentioned in the meeting this morning, this "soft delete" is invisible - so it's harder to spot than before. In the past, a soft delete would still appear in the SN. Meaning, the branch text would appear, but the UIN and date at the bottom of the text would be missing.
As mentioned above, these did not appear in Harsh's spreadsheet. I'm worried there are others missing.
