Based on Re: Data Migration #2 Approach - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild, there are some documents (e.g., AF/0048/03) that we blank uploaded (no PDF no HTML) back in October to ensure that we could choose those document as "Relevant Document(s)" under Legal Analytics fields. AF/0048/03's HTML was recently made available, and we tried to check the dispute and dispute documents and found the issue below.

I have reviewed Legal Analytics of AF/0048 and signed it off as being done in January, so there shouldn't be any missing data. However, legal Analytics data for "Relevant Document(s)" and the dependent "Location in Relevant Document(s)" have disappeared as shown below.

I chose AF/0048/03 under Relevant Document(s) in the screen capture below to show "Location in Relevant Document(s)" data has been lost as well

Please restore the deleted data. If you'd like another example, you can check AF/0054.

Hi Paul Moon Paul ,

Could you please confirm whether the issue above is required pre-launch?

If so, please coordinate directly with Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh .

Thanks,

Morgan

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan :

I know there are still a lot of tasks to get through pre-launch, so I'll leave it up to you (my preference is to have this addressed pre-launch). This essentially means that when users look at legal analytics details, they won't find the "Relevant document(s)" indicated. The result of legal analytics entries (e.g., FET breach yes or no) will be displayed, but the source (AF/0048/03 in the example above) will not be indicated.

Thanks,

Paul

Hi Paul Moon Paul ,

Could you please provide the  data which you want to restore?

Hi Paul Moon Paul ,

I am not able to find any deleted data on UIN AF/0048 in database. Please let me know so I can remove Legal analytics data of AF/0048 and then you can enter data again.

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh :

As my circled screenshots show above, only "Relevant Document(s)" and "Location in Relevant Document(s)" fields of each section had data deleted, not the whole section (e.g., Objection to Jurisdiction: ratione personae above).

I'll try to provide you a list of disputes where I found this problem tomorrow.

Thanks,

Paul

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh :

Please do not delete any legal analytics data for any dispute.

For example, the video (AF/0054) shows at 00:02 and 00:11, the underlying data shows very briefly before it disappears.

The listed disputes below have some blank "Relevant Document(s)" and dependent (only shows up once "Relevant Document(s)" is filled in) "Location in Relevant Document(s)" fields that used to have data but now seem to have been deleted.
