Do the documents in example above have the same status in the 3-Dec-21 UIN Master List? We need to confirm whether there is discrepancy in the way the data was recorded in the Master List or if there was an issue with the migration process.

Hi Morgan,

As per UIN Master List (3-Dec-20), out of 417 documents that should have been inactive, there is  discrepancy in 3 documents (UN/0381, UN/0382, IC/0287), and this has been an error in the way the data was recorded in the UIN Master List (I have made the corrections for these 3 UINs on our current UIN Master List with the time stamp). (These 3 UINs are all uploaded on the rebuild admin site, and are Active).

But other than these three documents for which there was discrepancy in the way they were recorded, other documents are all dispute entries that have Uploaded to ISLG (column M) =0 and Uploaded to New (column N)=1.

To summarize our call earlier, today,  Nafiseh is going to manual active all the disputes above within the admin site prior to launch.

All the inactive disputes are changed to Active on the Rebuild Admin Site. Katrina helped us with this task and confirmed she has finished activating all of the inactive disputes on the rebuild admin site.
(Making inactive grey-highlighted disputes active on new admin site - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild).
