Further to the screenshot and video below, the "Subject" and "Economic Sector" fields were turned into hard coded fields. These fields were not hard coded previously, so I don't understand why they are hard coded now. Please convert them back managed field if possible:
These fields are set in hard coded tab in spreadsheet. Hence, we set as hard coded field.
But, as per your feedback, we have removed these fields from hard coded field.
Please check and confirm.
Morgan
I'm sorry for the back and forth on this issue. These fields were marked as hardcoded in the Hardcoded Fields tab, as they are displayed in the details section of the 'all details' view of the dispute view. See the user story criteria/wireframe for more details. https://industrialagency.tpondemand.com/restui/board.aspx?#page=board/5596457270758793748&appConfig=eyJhY2lkIjoiNEIyRDU0NTZFNkFEOUY1MUQwQzA5QzI5QjBBNjM1OTMifQ==&boardPopup=userstory/11994
We recommend they should remain hardcoded, to ensure the display is consistent throughout the site.
Can we again consider as hard coded field??
This applies to all other existing managed fields created across the master lists. Fields should be only hard coded if they are required as determined by the ISLG Meta Field Map.
Thanks,
Morgan
"Decision or Award Associated with Separate Opinion" and "Associate Decision or Award" should be removed from the Dispute Documents form:
This should be dealt with within the Separate Opinions form. Currently, I've created a managed meta field within the Separate Opinions form to deal with this:
However, if this needs to be replaced with a hard coded field, it should be done so within this Separate Opinion form, because the field only applies to dispute documents that have "Separate Opinion" entered as the Document Type. Also, the dropdown for this field should only pull dispute documents from the same dispute, and thus should be a "Relevant Dispute Documents" dropdown field as described here: Related documents from dispute - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild.
Thanks,
Morgan
