This SN entry is in your list sent 15-Feb: "SN_DeletedEntries_15022022.xlsx".
There are duplicate entries on app.islg. The first one needs to be deleted.

I looked into the above mentioned entry and found that wrong entry is already removed. I assume you have removed entry through action menu delete option.

The duplicate entry is still there.
If you search by opening each SN category, the entry does not appear.
For example, if you search:
-A
-Annulment under the ICSID Convention
-Tribunal's reference to cases not cited by the parties
-Wena Hotels v. Egypt Annulment Proceeding holds that this is not a ground for annulment

However, if you search Subject Navigator by entering "Wena Hotels"...
