When I click on the text cross reference from Subject Navigator on the rebuild live site, I am not taken to the specific provision within an instrument as the legacy live site does but to the instrument in general.

This issue is resolved on both rebuild.islg and staging.islg.

Hi Harsh :

The issue has not been resolved.

1. The text cross-reference still takes me to the top of the HTML, not specific provision (e.g., Article 46 ICSID Convention) on both rebuild and staging.

2. Loadint time: once I click on the cross-reference, rebuild.islg took about 85 seconds to take me to the top of the ICSID Convention HTML, and staging.islg took about 60 seconds to take me to the top of the ICSID Convention HTML.

In addition to Paul 's comment above, I noticed that the presentation of the HTML document (which was converted from the XML version available legacy application) lacks a lot of the properties previously available in the legacy application (e.g., Proper Title and TOC), and I am wondering if this has anything to do with why these cross references are not working.

I'm going to post these issues a separate to-do, but I wanted to raise it here in case it assist in understanding the problem.
