As shown in the video below, I was not able to create any tags in the last sentence of paragraph 94 after the word Apotex (italicized and bold in the original PDF and the HTML). I wonder if it has anything to do with the word Apotex being Italicised and bold or not. After a few times, I was able to create the tag, but when I selected "Save & Exit" and went back to the document, I noticed the tag was not saved.

This is a high priority item.
