I am not able to create any tags under fn 76 of UN/0152/04. When I highlight the text and create a tag for unassigned, I don't see it saved in the HTML.

However, just to see what happens with the analysis list, I created an article citator tag just for the purpose of testing what happens (there is actually no such reference under fn 76), and checked the analysis list, and noticed it is added under analysis list whereas no tags are shown in the HTML.

I need to be able to create a tag under fn76. Also, the current reference to OT/0002 under fn76 should be removed.

As these HTML tagging issues are recurring, should we create another folder like we did with for the provision list transfer (Migrating provision lists from legacy ISLG - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild) to deal with them? They will need to be addressed on a daily-basis.
