I am experiencing an issue in IC/0431/05 paragraph 7 and fn 562: highlights are not saved where they are created. e.g. In para 7, when you highlight “paras. 135 to 545 of the Award”, the highlight appears after the second line as you see in the screen capture below:In fn562 there is the same issue: When you highlight PO2, the highlight does not appear on “PO2”.
Please note that there is currently Data Capture analysis under IC/0431/05.
Could we resolve the issue?
Thanks,
Nafiseh
Have you seen this issue before?
Could this be due to a badly formatted HTML document? Or is it a UI glitch?
Please investigate and let us know what you find out.
You can log this time against the critical/unexpected issue Backlog item.
Thanks,

Note I've noticed this on the subscriber side as well occasionally. However, it appears intermittently and can be difficult to reproduce.

Para 7 issue is resolved on app.islg. there is still issue in fn562. The issue is regarding content as per our assumption.
If we change html text in fn562 then it is working.
so we are looking for fn562 but Para 7 issue is resolved.
I confirm that the issue in para 7 is resolved.

Nafiseh
