To discuss on Monday April 11th with Martin.

We'd like to audit Terms and Phrases to see if any Alternate UINs are listed in Column C of the Terms & Phrases Master spreadsheet.

  • From the Terms & Phrases Master. Take Column C (UIN) of the Terms & Phrases Master spreadsheet.  Delete any UINs that repeat.
  • From the UIN Master, BIT and Treaty tab, sort by Column P (Primary) "1".  Then take Column C (UIN).  
  • Search for duplicate values found in both the Columns copied from the Terms & Phrases Master and UIN Master. 
  • Any value that is not a duplicate may be an Alternate UIN.  Check the UIN Master to be sure.
