As shown below, Terms & Phrases entries that start with a quotation mark which appear at the top of the Terms & Phrases Master Tree on the admin site are not displayed on the live site.

Please rearrange them in alphabetical order, so they will not appear at the top as its own group before alphabetical order starts on the admin site; and
Make sure those entries starting with a quotation mark appear on the live site.

Regarding #1 request: by default the sort order will put double-quotes in front of numbers and letters. Can you confirm that you want to override this behaviour and have ISLG ignore the double-quote character when sorting?

Yes, please. Any non-alphabetic character should be ignored when sorting.
