When I open up the tags, I see that one of the references (in the below example the reference under para 198) is not grouped with the rest of the "Paragraph(s) of Document Referenced". Here is the example in OTI/0006, Article 52(1)(b):

Could we look into this issue as a critical/unplanned task, and resolve the issue so that all the "Paragraph(s) of Document Referenced" are grouped when there is the same reference under them and also the references don't appear twice under the analysis list?

Piyush Kanpariya, DevIT Piyush has found the root cause (issue in database query), and is now fixing the duplicate tags for IC/0420/01 where the same issue was identified. Here are more details from Piyush:
