Notes
Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,

When uploading the PDF of IC/0177/14, I received a "This PDF is not compatible with the conversion algorithm" error message which indicates to me that the system wants to convert the PDF to HTML whereas we already have the HTML. I know that there is a "Proceed without conversion" option on the bottom of the page, but I was wondering if this is how the system is supposed to work, and I need to click on "proceed without conversion" every time this error shows up?

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,

Yes. If PDF is not compatible to convert in html then "Proceed without Conversation" button will be display at bottom.

You should continue with that or you provide that document for manual conversation.

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,

IC/0177/14 was already added in the "ISLG HTML Manual Coding" spreadsheet, and it is one of the documents for which we have an HTML ready for upload. In this case, can I select "proceed without conversion", and upload the PDF (and then HTML)?

Thanks,

Nafiseh

Hi Nafiseh Arghandehpour, Legal Content Manager at ISLG Nafiseh ,

Yes, you'll proceed without conversion, add any necessary details to the dispute documents form, select save and then open the entry again to add the HTML document.

If you have any other questions, please ask them during our session with Melissa Cowell, General Manager at Industrial Melissa and Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi  tomorrow.

I'm going to mark this to-do complete.

Thanks,

Morgan
