When uploading a new treaty, PDF is saving properly but not HTML. After selecting the HTML file and a confirmation message that the file is saved successfully (BIT/1357 in the video), HTML is still not uploaded properly and cannot be found.
Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh : please let us know when this is fixed, as this prevents us from manually transferring analysis data from the legacy site.

I'm not sure this will fix the issue, but from what I recall you need to save and exit the document to complete the HTML upload process, and then when you re-enter the document the HTML becomes available.

Once I upload the HTML, it automatically takes me out of BIT/1357 to the first page of Treaties Master List, so I don't have an option to save and exit to complete the HTML uploading.

Also, Paul Moon Paul ​, please note my comments from this morning's meeting concerning the provision list, because this will create difficulties in attempting to create entries for newly added treaties and arbitration rules.

Yes, Irit Weinfeld Irit and I already discussed that provisions will not be extracted on app.islg for treaties/arbitration rules HTMLs that had been converted from XML. The issue that I posted above is a preceding step that has to work for us to manually insert appropriate provision descriptions (what you posted this morning).

We have discussed with Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan that converted html when you uploaded then provision will not be fetch automatically. The provision only fetch automatically when you upload pdf and press start conversion. You can communicate with Morgan for same..

Yes, Paul Moon Paul and Irit Weinfeld Irit are up to speed on the provision list issue, but as Paul Moon Paul pointed out, the issue above is unrelated to that issue. He is experiencing an error when attempting to manually upload an HTML. Could you please investigate.

Could you please provide me test case for with UIN number so we can check it.

Which steps you followd on aapp.islg so same step we tried to produce on local environment and check it.

If you go into BIT/1357 on app.islg admin site, you'll not see HTML uploaded. Please try to upload HTML that I sent you above and see if the uploading process actually saves the HTML. When I go back into BIT/1357 after uploading confirmation, I don't see it.

The video shows the steps I had taken to upload BIT/1357.

This issue is resolved on app.islg. Now, The html file is available for BIT/1357. You can check and confirm.

I can see the HTML uploaded, but the title is highlighted as shown below.

Clicking somewhere else within the HTML makes the circled highlight go away. Why is it highlighted? If it is a problem with the HTML, maybe replacing the HTML to the file below would help? 


Going forward, do I have to ask you to upload HTMLs for treaties and arbitration rules? Or is the problem that prevented me from uploading HTML fixed?

We have replaced the html file which you attached in above comment.  You can upload html. We directly uploaded html through app.islg. 

I don't know there is some issue in your system or not. You can check with Irit  to try upload html.

Irit Weinfeld Irit , Nafiseh Arghandehpour, Legal Content Manager at ISLG Nafiseh and I went through the process together. Once we have an opportunity to upload a new BIT, I'll confirm whether it is resolved or not and keep this item open for now.

I've tried to upload and save HTML for BIT/1357 on staging.islg as well, and I experience the same issue.

Hi Paul Moon Paul ,

We have checked in both app.islg and staging.islg and it is working fine from our side. Here, I have attached following video. 




Could you please check same thing in anyone other's system. We have checked in both Chrome and FireFox version.
