BIT/0276 Czech and Slovak Federal Republic (Czech Republic and Slovak Republic) - Germany BIT (1990), Protocol and Exchange of Notes [English translation] is now missing from the Rebuild Live Site, Research Tools, Article Citator menu. It was there yesterday.
