Please see 0:33-2:39 of the video below. UN/0039's claimant nationality "Cyprus" is not getting saved properly, and it doesn't appear on the live site (maybe it needs to be indexed?)
As per video, you have checked wrong dispute for Nationality "Cyprus". As per your video, you have added Cyprus Nationality for UN/0041 and It is listing on subscriber side as per following screenshot.
The dispute you were showing in video "Hulley Enterprises Limited (Cyprus) v. Russia (PCA Case No. 2005-03/AA226)" is associated to UIN : UN/0039.
Also, I tried to removed "Cyprus" nationality and added again for UN/0041 and it seems working fine to me. Please check again and let me know if I missed anything.

Sorry for the confusion. Yes, it is supposed to be UN/0039. I tried to re-save the nationality, and it worked, thank you.
