Further to the Paul request below, let's deal with the immediate problem with UN/0147 as an unplanned/critical task.

However, Paul mentioned that their might be other documents that are suffering from this "soft delete" issue. Is there a way for us to perform an automated audit of the system to identify other documents that are experiencing this issue? It's not ideal to deal with these on a case-by-case basis where the issues will be discovered by users.
