As you see in the video, I am not able to add the Start Date for the Arbitrator (President) which is 30 April 2020. For some reason, I can't save it.

What you witnessed is one of the many performance issues on the admin site. We have many backlog items already re: HTML loading time, but if you think if this warrants a separate backlog item, I'll prioritize it after.
