Hi Darsh Shah, DevIT Darsh and Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh ,

I confirm that it is working now, but it was not working yesterday. Kishan Badri, Strategic Account Manager at Tologix Kishan and I must have tried a few dozen times at different intervals throughout our day. As you can see in my video, we were not even getting the confirmation message at the end.

What could have been the cause of the issue? Why would it also be happening on Staging?

We discussed this issue today during our daily scrum, and our theory is that since the issue was happening in both Staging and Production, it's likely that there were external factors unrelated to our application or database that could have caused this issue.

I will close this basecamp item since everything is working as expected on both environments.
