Could you please reply on this thread as we have developed the Row tab as per the requirement.

Individual reports cannot use the same row category as the report category, since it would not be possible to create a connection between the records. For example, if you create an individual person report, with people as the row category, there is no way to determine which people should be displayed as rows in the report, or why because one person record does not reference the other directly. 

Furthermore, once you make a selection for the default column, the same record will not appear in the column more than once (as shown in the sample report). 
Your desired report can be created by instead creating an individual person report with disputes as the default column. In this case, there would be a row for each case the selected person record was referenced on. 

The report format would have to change but I think we can still achieve the desired result. 

This way users can select their individual person, and view reports where all disputes the person is involved are displayed, and the corresponding people and roles filled within that same dispute

The outstanding issue that Morgan was referring to was the inability to create an individual dispute report with people as rows which came up during our call: https://industrialagency.tpondemand.com/entity/20722-rows-individual-report-greater-not-able. 

That issue has been moved to 'done' so there aren't any outstanding cards related to this basecamp item, and the remaining bugs in the reports feature are all being logged through basecamp. 

Correct, there is a limitation in the requirements that prevents us from creating these reports, but we'll make do with what we have. Marking to-do complete.
