Hello,

I am experiencing an issue tagging the last paragraph of footnote 2146 in UN-0147-07. I cannot create a tag in this specific paragraph of this footnote, I receive an error message saying that this tag cannot be saved properly. Additionally, when I create a tag under the "Paragraph(s) of Document Referenced" no reference seems to be created.
