I am experiencing an issue in IC/0247/04 where I am not able to delete one out of multiple references to the same publication. The only way for me is to get rid of all the existing references which take time to add them all again.

Here is the example of para 196:

The issue is not specific to IC/0247/04 and I found it in other documents as well. I made a video of IC/0247/04 as an example to explain the issue.
